As you know, Tithers and I sent our watches in to get the batteries replaced. Tithers got her watch back with a new band and face due to them being scratched. Hers came back with all of her workouts and stuff in there, but the date was screwed up. The face and band were scrathed up on mine pretty bad from my bike wreck last summer, and the buttons weren't as sensitive as they had been when it was new. Sometimes I had to hit the buttons 2-3 times to get any reaction. Well, I think they just sent me a new watch as all of my settings were completely gone. Of course, they only charged me for the battery replacement and shipping. Whoo-hoo!!! Great company to do business with!
