I've done "<a href="http://www.rtbrelay.com/" target="_blank">Reach the Beach</a>" a couple of times - similar east coast event. It's more fun than it sounds.

I did the 56 mile Reach the Beach ride. I'll likely not be doing the actual ride this year but Bannon & I did the route again later in the summer.<br><br>
STP is looking likely within the next couple of years.

I was originally thinking about the STP this year- okay, I've wanted to do it for years. But I'm thinking next year will be a better year for it.

I've done it a few times, and think it's a total blast. sort of a "happening" like Woodstock or something.<br><br>
Not something I'll do any more: it's the weekend after Waldo and the same weekend as CCC, which are far bigger deals in my twisted corner of the universe.<br><br>
There is also a new relay this year over near Bend. Possibly an option if anyone is locked out of H2C (which fills instantly.)

Matt- I have a friend who's done Hood to Coast and says it's absolutely a "must do" event. If it weren't more than half a continent away, I'd go for it!<br><br>
