Thanks for getting this started, I've been buried at work and totally spaced on the fact that IMAZ was this weekend.

It's a drop in the bucket, but put me in for 3 running and 1500yards swimming.

Hm, so 6 miles of running and an hour on the trainer for me.

So, in addition to our very own kickster, Julie's bf, Coach Troy is racing so I'm interested in tracking him too. He crashed his bike and broke his collarbone 12 weeks ago so I'm impressed he's still racing.

NEED to get out for a run, try for 6-10

Tomorrow in the fishbowl will shoot for 2500

Got 2500yds this morning and 45 minutes of pylos.

Will run about 10 miles tomorrow.

Good luck Miles, will be tracking!

Out of town for work...sorry I can't commit to a pledge! Did run at least 5.5 miles yesterday, but I think you're covered on the running...

edit: About 2.2K on a trike around the Advanced Photon Source at about 2:15-2:45am. (speed limit is a "brisk walk")

Got 3 miles in today before my suddenly troublesome left calf cramped up. No guarantees about tomorrow, but did want to say mucho mojo to Miles!

Good luck, Miles! I have family in town this weekend. I don't know that I will be able to pledge any miles. But, I can certainly pledge food...lots of food.
