Saturday, I will be doing the "big man run" it's an approx 3-4 mile run where you eat a hot dog and drink a beer at each mile. I pledge to do that, and probably prerun a couple miles first. .

I don't have much. I'm doing an olympic race on Sunday and maybe Saturday 1000 meter swim, 10 bike miles, 2 running miles. But I gave him some super secret advice about where to line up for the swim, and some others :)

I can pledge some swimming on Sunday,

PLUS

I've taken possession of a dime-sized blood blister on my pinky toe in place of it taking up residence on Ron's toe.

It's taunting me to mess with it, but I've been told "HANDS OFF!" the toe.

I think I need to see your qualification for this . Remind me and next year I'll come run it with you.

Dougie,

I qualify as a "skinny." I'm allowed to run, but not qualified to win. Oh, as of right now, it is entirely possible i will NOT be a skinny <190. we'll see on Saturday.

paddlign support for a race saturdya not sure how that counts but maybe its race support or prevention of swim issues? 8 mile ows trianing swim sunday maybe you can count the miles against something else since ron doesn't need that many swim miles. Already have a cut across the eye from a dolphin/goggles encounter, wierd itb problem from limping i guess or wearing sandals.
