<p>Yes indeed folks I am not having a crunchie.</p>

<p>I don't feel I deserve some of the lovely comments I get in here and feel I fail to contribute in the other direction especially recently.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I also think I have posted rather a lot of negativity around my training and the only positive has been MrsG recovering.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>This must change.</p>

<p>Hill session last night in racing flats and no pain in my achillies or calf.</p>
<p>My weight has started to come back down again.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Pizza will be a challenge this evening so I have decided to train more than I normally do on a Friday :¬)</p>

<p>Rach and I are both doing LA again next year and plan to have a two week holiday around the race. I think part of the challenge should be to meet a few more of you.</p>
