Go to your profile and edit avatar. There is an easy direct upload of a picture.<br><img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br>

Munchkn, go to your userCP and there are lots of links there where you can make changes. To add an avatar, use that link. There are several programs out there that can resize a pic to use as an avatar. tinypics.com is one of them I think.<br><br>
