Given that there are a number of different threads relating to various plans over the weekend, I thought I'd try and pull things together into one Place, so that we can see what is planned and everyone who can make various events can join in, or opt out, as the case may be.

Here's the timetable as it presently stands - Subject to amendment - I'll keep the Top Post updated as things firm up.

FRIDAY - Dinner and drinks at The Dark Horse, at 421 S 2nd Street, from around 7:30 onwards - NOTE CHANGE OF VENUE

SATURDAY - Expo Meet at say 12 noon (changed due to below)

SATURDAY AFTERNOON - The Schwetty Balls Run @ 3pm from the front of the Art Museum along Kelly Drive, hosted by Philly Tom and his SB's (2/4 miles easy jog)

SATURDAY EVENING - 6 pm - Dinner with Theia at Buca di Beppo's on 258 South 15th Street

SUNDAY MORNING - Run a Race (Any excuse to get together)

SUNDAY AFTERNOON - Post Race Party at The Irish Pub, 2007 Walnut St, At S 20th St, near Rittenhouse Square (Be careful, there are two pubs called The Irish Pub in Philly City Centre).

To be updated........

What's this about a run on Sunday morning?

Actually it all works for me except for dinner Saturday night since I am about to commit to Saturday dinner with a few Cool Runners who actually don't post over here. I just signed up for the Boundless Philly run for 9AM Saturday but am not sure if I'll actually show.

I'll likely saunter into Monks on Friday night looking for y'all.

Good summary, Liam!! I especially like how the group dinner on Saturday is now called "Dinner With Theia." Has a nice ring to it.

Look forward to seeing you again Wu - We have been looking at getting a light run in on Saturday amongst ourselves, still trying to confirm the where and exactly when. Some talked about the Boundless Run, but I think a few (including me) were just looking for a 2 or 3 mile chat/run with friends.

Can anyone remember where we planned for the Post Race Party - I recall it was an Irish Bar, but can't find the thread where we arranged it all....

One thing to note - the expo is NOT where it was last year (i.e. on the start/finish/Museum grounds). I'm going to head straight to the expo when I get in town on Saturday morning and plan to see y'all at the Schwetty Balls run around 3:00

The expo location is sort of sucky!!! Big place and all but you need to take the Broad St subway to get there unless you have a car!!! I guess you oculd also cab it, don't know how much that will cost!!! WOnder why they moved it out there?!
