Alaska Airlines seems to have misplaced one of my bags. In it was my Pfitz book. Could some kind soul please tell me the scheduled runs for the first few days of week 4 (14 weeks to goal) of the 18-week 55mpw plan?

Thanks!

It looks like we were posting at the same time. Thanks for correcting mine! (I've made so many permutations in my running plans, sometimes I don't know if I have the original version any more)

Bob, I hope you found your Pfitz book well, like I found you well here!!

After a dissapointing Boston in 07, I had a great & fun tri season in summer and had a very satisfying half in Oct (1:40 and change). And now I am back in the game, following 55mpw/12wk schedule to my 2/17 marathon. This time, I am going all out to see what I am capable of running. I just LOVE his training. Things are coming together well thanks to his schedule!

take care and have fun running!

Hi Yoshiko!

Yes, the airline eventually got my bag with the Pfitz book to me. Although it took a frustrating cell-phone conversation with the delivery guy, who I could see from my porch driving all around my house without being able to understand enough English to find me.

I'm glad you had a great tri season. Congrats on the half! And good luck with the marathon.

I'm using Pfitz for, I think, the 7th time now. I've given the 70-mpw plan a go a couple of times, but never really completed the full mileage. This time (Boston again), I may add some to the 55, not sure. I think my body could handle 70, but it just takes too much time.
