(this is my dad's tried and true recipe)<br><br>
2 cups loosely packed basil leaves<br>
1/2 cup parmesan cheese<br>
1/4 cup romano cheese<br>
1/2 stick butter<br>
1/4 cup olive oil<br>
1/2 cup pine nuts (about 3 or 4 ozs)<br><br>
Throw all of the ingredients together in a food processor or blender and pulse until well combined, to desired consistency.
