<p>I love Penzey's Spices.  As for what you should get, it depends on what you make.  What you make drives what you need.</p>

<p>All their stuff has been excellent quality whenever I've bought it.  I get it via their online store, since there aren't any stores near here.  TOB's store is a bit of a drive, though I've gone farther for less reason...</p>
