Anybody messed with <a href="http://www.lendingclub.com" target="_blank">LendingClub</a>, <a href="http://www.prosper.com/" target="_blank">Prosper</a>, or anything similar? What are your thoughts?

No, but I've considered kiva.org, which is more philanthropy based.
