<p><span>I recently completed my 1st half marathon, and on the very day I did my 1st 13miler(for this training, have did more in the past) I reaggravated</span> an the ol"runners knee. After some research I found a combo of a foam roller, stretching and a patella strap was the top go-to picks for trying to keep this problem in check.  <a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.kickrunners.com/content/type/61/id/126943/width/350/height/263/flags/" target="_blank"><img alt="patella_tendon_strap11.jpg" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="24401" data-type="61" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/content/type/61/id/24401/width/350/height/263" style="; width: 350px; height: 263px"></a>I have one exactly like this and also a different brand, but both seem to work OK.Now I have been able to"baby"my knee with the roller, stretching and the strap to not get any worse, but doesnt seem to be healing.Has anyone had any experience with something such as this? <a class="H-lightbox-open" href="http://www.kickrunners.com/content/type/61/id/126945/width/350/height/331/flags/" target="_blank"><img alt="l_ultra-knee-support-with-bilateral-hinges.jpg" class="lightbox-enabled" data-id="24402" data-type="61" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/content/type/61/id/24402/width/350/height/331" style="; width: 350px; height: 331px"></a>  And I mean in regards to it working, helping the healing process, being comfortable to your runs, etc. Thanks in advance.</p>
