Ever get pain in your second toe? You know, the one next to the big toe?

I've never had this before. I'm switching my shoes around to see if that's the problem. Is it possible my second toe grew over the winter when I wasn't running and now it's so long it's taking the brunt of the force when my foot hits the ground?

I think I'm going crazy.

My first guess is Morton's Foot.

Yeah, I'm having a conversation with myself. What of it?

yes, this has happened to me.

It was becasue my shoes were too small for me at the time, resulting in a cramped toe box.

make sure you have about an inch of space between that suddenly growing toe and the top of your shoe.

is it in the whole toe or the top of the toe? I would try going up 1/2 size either way.

Well, I just got back from a little trail run in my new, bigger shoes.

So far, my toe is very happy. And I'm relieved.

Thanks for the advice. I'd been looking on the internet, but couldn't quite figure it out. A thousand times, thank you!
