Ok, for the painters in the room....

I painted my 2nd bedroom upstairs yesterday. And, just like the last time I painted, at times the roller would come off the handle thingy, and scrape along the wall. I was able to work the scraper off the wall because the paint was still wet, but it was aggravating more than anything else.

So, is there some super secret to keeping the roller on the handle?

1, I've learned to buy the "good" roller holder, but most likely, you are pushing too hard as you go right to left on an angle, or move the roller in the opposite direction TOWARDS the inside..

There's a "good" roller holder????

oy!

Yeah, I noticed that it happened when I was moving on an angle, mostly.....and when near the top or bottom of the wall.

I have a pole extender, but I wanted to avoid climbing on the ladder -- again and again. It was bad enough when cutting in.

just don't press too hard, don't oversaturate the roller, that should help about 90% they make roller holders that hold it from BOTH sides.
