<p>Not sure if the wife is going to go now or not.  I was going to drive up the night prior, but now I have work stuff to do till about 8pm on Friday. </p>

<p>The kids, well, no interest to watch Dad go race in spandex!</p>

<p>Well, Rabbit and I will be LEAVING here at 0400 (Yes.................. wow......just wow)</p>
<p>to get to the race so that we don't have to hotel it.  It's just as easy for us.  That puts us there</p>
<p>with plenty of time to get set up and get lost along the way.  We have a garmin, so we should</p>
<p>be ok. </p>

<p>It's her first triathlon ever, so the whole thing is an adventure for her and hopefully a lark for me.</p>
<p>She says her goal is to catch up to me on the run.  lol  My goal is to finish before her!</p>

<p>I'm going to see if we can take her car w/ my bike rack because she doesn't drive stick-shift.</p>
<p>That way, we can both drive if need be.</p>

<p>Whether your wife comes or not, do you want to plan on see if we can get some food afterward?</p>
<p>It'll be about time for lunch (even if it's a bit early) once we're finished. </p>
