[Ice Cream]

I was in the ethnic store today, and bought some strange products just for the fun of it. One of the products is orange blossom water, and I thought I would find a good use for it, but now I am not sure how I could use it. An internet search did not inspire, either. Any suggestions?

I think there's a cake recipe in "The Cake Bible" that calls for orange blossom water. Do you like to bake? If so, I'll try to find it and post.

I suppose you could use it in place of rose water.<br><br>
How about in baklava?
