Like clock work; we seem to get a 'monthly' influx of new members - and for EVERYONE I am personally thankful! We've worked hard to set a tone and a feel here that has proven successful with each new group - so the more to come; the merrier!<br><br>
I'd like to remind each of you to ACTIVELY pursue a positive feel to the new people - even if there are those who you'd rather not have here for whatever reason. If you see comments that denigrate other forum's and SPECIFICALLY users at other sites, please step in and make it right. PM our user and let them know it's not welcome and if necessary, post in a manner that diffuses any chance of 'downward spiral'.<br><br>
I'm not going to be online during the day at all for a long time. I've started my new job in Houston and will be on the road all day meeting customers - so, if you need something, turn to carla - she just got promoted and can now handle just about everything short of walking on water (not that she won't try to do that!)<br><br><br>
Thanks again for all of your hard work! I've called Cliff to start pushing the log and will do my very best to move the date up!<br><br><br>

I'm very excited for you and your new job! I hope you love the new position.<br><br>
I was not so excited to log in this evening and see what was going on in the CR/Active thread, but this is a good place with great moderators and even better direction from Management, and we can handle that. And you know what? Everybody can have a bad day, or a bad thread.<br><br>
I will admit that in the beginning I worried about some of the people I saw newly registered. Some pleasantly surprised me, and some didn't surprise me but found they didn't like it here. And some never posted at all. After the first one or two, it was easy to sit back and relax b/c it was clear that the processes and the environment work.<br><br>
I'll welcome everyone who comes over here, no matter what happens. And if someone takes a dump on the welcome mat, I'll be happy to kick them in the ass or kick them out the door, if it comes to that. Hopefully it won't.<br><br>
