Morning Fred. I think I finally had a let down after OKC marathon. Just didnt' want to run at all Mon and Tues this week. Ran 10 miles this morning and felt good. Still I'm going to make it a light week. Have a 4.2 mile leg of a marathon relay to run Saturday. Hope to run around 6:15 pace.

Managed a 5km warmup then 5km tempo on Saturday.

Sunday worked in the yard cutting grass and raking pine needles, then 5.3 miles with the last one tempo on Monday.

Probably a good idea to take it easy after your race KS.
