Wow, some monster months up there (FB/Jill), and RA's too when factoring in a marathon taper + recovery period.

For me, well you know the drill. I cross-train a lot, and just don't hit those mega miles numbers. But it was a good quality month, closed out in taper mode for NYC next week and it included a solid 10k performance at the Marine Corps Marathon 10k.

151.2 miles running from 18 runs

63.4 miles cycling from 4 rides

1:41 of elliptical training (8.7 miles) from 2 workouts

1:55 of soccer (7.7 miles) from 3 games

50 minutes weights/core from 2 workouts

Hawk -- Great job. And so looking forward to NYC.

Me -- 147 miles. Just one marathon in 3:03:04. P.R.

Oh, and a sprint tri in 1:16 and change.
