numb feet at start of run

This used to happen a lot to me at the start of the run then it stopped last year but now its back.

I'm good on the bike with no feet pain or issues. I transition through T2 and start on the run. I'm good initially then the more I run the more my feet go numb. By about a 1/2 mile in the numbing process starts with a vengeance. It used to be just 1 foot now it is both. They are pretty numb for about 3 miles then start to normalize.

Has this happened to anyone else and what did you you do stop it? Any ideas?

Thanks!

I use to get a mild version due to tieing my shoes to tight and the feet would swell up during longer runs

It could be caused by a lot of thins from shoes being to tight to a pinched nerve or high blood pressure. I would get it checked out by a Doctor to ensure it's not a sign of something serious.
