beautiful fall day here in Michigan. Took advantage of one extra hour in the morning to squeeze 10 miles run before dropping the kids off for Sunday school. The first double digit after started a buildup - legs got tired toward the end but HR stayed low. FIB functional strength class - wow the legs were toasted. Then joined the kids at church.<br><br>
DH is back from his race and we were kicking around the idea of hitting the singletrack... But may not happen. Kids having fun making cookies. Happy about getting the mileage back up to middle 40's mpw.

Cool/mid 40s - Sunny and windy. Crawford/Puckett/Security/Widefield to Widefield Park trail to Dean/Cornell/Amherst/Watson/path/Upton/home. Short very slow easy effort. Stretching afterward.</p>

<p>Another run drill day. Shortened it due to work. 7min w/up until my amphipod belt exploded. thank god that didn't happen at CDA! Anyway, ran home, swapped belts, and then RIPPED out a 9:38 pace for the trip to the track. wowza!</p>

<p>2 mile run home @ 11:30 and 10:28 pace in Z2/3. These are, for me, very speedy.</p>

<p>I did tweak the orthotic and I think it worked...</p>

<p>Replaced the reverse push-ups with actual pushups since I don't have a dip stand...not such a hot plan since the divebomber exercise uses similar muscle group.  16 minutes of pure torture, but I loved it!</p>
