Hi everyone, I got an email from RoseColoredGlasses from the hospital. The surgery was pretty extensive and she needed an ilium resection and work on one ovary <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/confused.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Confused">, with the other removed and also appendix removed. She'll be in the hospital another couple of days. Right now she's pretty drugged up and I had a bit of trouble understanding what she was writing. The dr had initially suspected that it was endometriosis and I'm not sure if that's what was found when they did the surgery.<br><br>
However, she's feeling no pain right now and everything went well and she hopes to be home soon and will resume her workouts when the dr clears her for that. She would like to thank all the wonderful kickrunners who've posted concerns for her.<br><br>
