Toronto is good....but really missing the mountains and our 'God's country' friends.<br>
Was in Vancouver last weekend and waved as we flew over Calgary - not sure if you noticed.<br><br>
How is the Calgary economy these days? Settling down at all?<br><br>
And, better yet...how are you doing? Where should I be looking in the forum for updates? The site has really had a overhaul since the last time I was here. Very nice.

Well, the PRT is my home at present, but there's a runner's report forum that I drop in on from time-to-time, and knowing you, you'd like to check out the Multi-sport forum as well.

Torque, when he does hang out, mostly haunts the PRT. He's not running much these days, he had a bad back injury that laid him out (literally) for most of last year.
