NorCal/Bay Area/Central Cal Runner Check In Thread

Hey fellow Nor Cal peeps. I am just checking in. Be sure to let me know if any of yall are going to run any Pacific Coast Trail Runs in the near future.

You are a brave man that puppy goes up one big ass mountain. I had a hard time hiking it...back when I was out of shape, but still...

I was under the impression they run up Valencia Peak (but I dont know about the 8K). Its a beautiful hike and I wouldnt worry too much...its not like you cant walk if you have to. Hive you hiked out there?<br>
PCTR races are always well supported and fun, but they do tend to be hard in my opinion. Just dont go in with a time goal and you will be fine.<br><br>
I really wasnt much of a runner when I lived down there so I dont know complete specifics...just what I heard from a former coworker that won the longest distance one year.
