NorCal/Bay Area/Central Cal Runner Check In Thread

East Bay runner checking in here (San Ramon). Right now I'm training for the <a href="http://www.ragnarrelay.com/delsol/index.php" target="_blank">Del Sol Ragnar Relay</a> at the end of February, which I'm looking forward to. (we actually need a couple more runners, anyone interested? <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> ) I had to take some time off last August for a back injury so it's been good to have some motivation to get back on the roads.
