Well besides running and biking, I have no lake or pool within a reasonable distance, and the weight room is open in the summer while I am at work. So, while I'm not tryng to bulk up, increased muscle endurance and definition is my goal. Problem is, I have very limited equiptment, including an exercise ball, and some free weights. Think you guys can give me some suggestions for any sorts of exercises that would work?

Here's about all I got.

Planks - Back, front, and both sides.
Crunches - Normal, sides, and on the ball.
Pushups

That's about it...ya it's bad I know.

Hopefully you folks can rescue me from my patheticness.

I have free weights/dumbells. I bought a set at a sporting goods store- i have 3, 5, 8, and 10 lb weights. Sears sell a bunch too.

Also, you may want to look into some conditioning DVDs.

Take a look here:
www.simplefit.org and here:
www.crossfit.com

Both safe for work. The first site is a scaled down version of the second one, a beginning point if you may. These workouts require very little equipment and can be done in the garage, track, parking lot, anywhere. they are both great a getting you into the shape that you want.
