Up to this point, I've done the usual, build up, taper, race, recover. But this summer I am going for the Oregon Ultra series and have a race every month for three months, 50 m, 100k, 50 k. I'll need to shorten/eliminate the taper and recovery. I'm not sure how much buildup is realistic and or necessary between races. I'm hoping to remain competitive for these races to rack up points for the series. Advice?
