<p>I'm sad to say that I've had to stop running and even exercising for that matter and I'm hard-pressed to find a solution. I'm hoping I can get some ideas from you all. I was exercising and trying to run 3 days a week and taking dance lessons 1 day a week. Now I can't do any of that due to a new job. My commute has gone from 10 minutes to 45 minutes which doesn't leave me any time on week days to fit in a visit to the gym. I have a great workout that I put together with the trainer back in July and have yet to really implement it. I'm concerned because I know that I have lost all the base that I built and have no muscle strength anymore. I need some suggestions on how to get back into a good routine. I'm feeling very old and fat lately!</p>
