If anyone wants to pm me:

I have been running for 7 years, never very fast, but I enjoy it. I have two kids and I'm 33. I'm very much into running for sanity and health, and a healthy balance b/n running and life.

Me.

Running for 14 years, last 3 seriously. I've been running some pretty high mileage, but I'm really a mid-pack runner, still... and maybe forever.

Would be glad to chat about plans and dreams and running plans and... and... and...

stuff running.

PM me.

ROFLMAO! I'll have to try that one.

I'm somewhere between newbie and something a step or two beyond. I've finished 2 marathons, 2 HM, 2 10k's and have started triathlons this year with a sprint and HalfIronman under my belt so far. None of them were very speedy, but I am consistently getting better. Since I only started running about 2 years ago, I am happy with the improvements. Anyway, I will provide input to anyone on anything I feel like, but I don't know that I have enough veteran status to be a mentor.

Hi - Liam here, and always ready and willing to buddy up with anyone. I've been around for donkey's years, and always feel good at helping others to achieve their goals.

Probably best served at helping someone to their Virgin Marathon - and if anyone is aiming at Philly this year as their first, as I'm running there myself, it would seam beautifully - But I'd offer the same to anyone running anywhere...

Hey Ya'll,

Newbie to this site, on the edge of turning 30.

I'm at the gym or local track 4-5 times a week. I alternate between walking/jogging/running/eliptical anywhere from 3-10 miles per workout. I'm not following any certain program as of yet but my goals are to lose a bit more weight, build endurance, and continue to use exercising to reduce stress in life.
