I tried to Derek Jeter but every picture I found was too big! <img alt="mumum.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/mumum.gif"><br>

I also tried to put a picture of my dd kissing a dolphin(because I love diablita's pic) but it was too big too!

for your daughter's pic, did you try iconator.com? there's a tool on there for turning images into icon size, though it doesn't work that well on my mac
