<p>Well, I don't think it will mean much.  Kevin Sayers is pretty widely known in the ultra community.  And I'm assuming the BOARD will be handling most of the changes or races issues down the road.  This will still be a 1st class race either way.</p>

<p>It means there will be runners running on 100 miles of rocks in Virginia sometime in May.</p>
