<p>We had initially put laminated flooring over the old lino when we first moved in 12 years ago, but after 12 years we wanted a change.</p>

<p>The laminate is now living in my kids playhouse.</p>

<p>I tore up the old lino in strips...no black backing = no asbestos so it was save to rip up. I had to scrap the adhesive off with a chisel..fun, fun!</p>

<p>Lino is all up, adhesive all gone and the floor was in good shape...no patching required.</p>

<p>New Mannington floor tiles down and looks a ton better.</p>
