New Boston Marathon entry procedure

<p>The other shoe has finally dropped.  It seems like those who have BQed by 5 minutes or less may want to try to run a faster qualifying marathon before September.</p>

<p><a href="http://www.boston.com/sports/marathon/blog/2011/02/baa_announces_new_procedures_f.html" target="_blank">Boston Globe account</a>, since the BAA seems locked up at the moment (server overload?).</p>
