I did it, I did it. <img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif">I finally got a new bike. It's in a box at FedEx Kinkos somewhere in North Carolina just waiting to be shipped to me. It's a Cannondale Synapse Carbon 2, 2006. The seller claims the bike just LOVES mountains. I'm so excited, I feel like Christmas and my birthday all rolled into one. Will post pictures when I get it home and all put together. It's the matte black finish - my friends say very svelte!

Thanks Stu. I need to work on the engine, but the lighter frame will surely help. Matt upgraded about a month ago - Specialized Tarmac, also carbon frame. We've been very lucky (and diligent) with finding good deals on used bikes this year.<br><br>
After the bay bridge, you have to get back on land and do a tri with us later in the summer. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">
