I was pretty good this year...Got a Sugoi Versa running jacket, pajamas bottoms, slippers, some clothes and LOTS of dark chocolate...even got some dark chocolate Non-Parallels <img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"> 
...Plus we had a great day with our family. It doesn't get better that that!

I got a new car a little early.....and a Sansa Clip thanks to Pie Jones. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> 
He didn't buy it for me but he was looking at new mp3 players and mentioned that and I wanted it too when I saw it. I LOVE that little thing.

I got a MIG welder - my son and I are working on restoring a 68 firebird and on Christmas eve we discovered we're going to be replacing floors - so this was a gift to myself.

-an Internet phone to be able to talk to my parents on the net 
-a new MP3 player (teeeeny...) 
-socks 
-a book on self massage together with a massage stick<img alt="surprised.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/surprised.gif"> 
-a new briefcase from my boss 
-a cute white jacket for work from my staff 
-a sweater and gift cards from my in-laws 
-more gift cards 
But most of all, lots of love from my family and office family. I am lucky to have so many good people in my life.

rbbmoose - I love mig welders. We restored my FIL's 64 1/2 mustang 2 summers ago. He bought it brand new in 64. Restoring it cost more than a new one. 
Our friend brought a box of chocolates from France very similar to FF's. hmmmm

My kids chipped in together and got me an ipod nano, DH got me a cashmere cardigan, and I got a giftcard to itunes and another to Dunkin donuts, plus a gift certificate for a pedicure! I must have been nice, I guess. I'll be seeing my mom on Saturday so I'm sure she'll have a gift for me too. 
Susan, starting to feel slightly better. Itching to test the new ipod on a run.

Favorite gifts: 
Someone very special gave me a copy of Again to Carthage when he heard Amazon had put me on back order. 
Mr C gave me a new yoga mat and carrying bag. The bag is cool because it was handmade by a fellow yogi in my yoga class. They are both really nice. 
I got a black leather coat to replace the one I busted the zipper in. This was given to me by my sons with financial help from MrC, I imagine. 
MrC bought us a 46" TV with blue ray DVD player (whatever that is). This was actually more of a present for himself since I rarely watch TV. We'll put this downstairs after we finish painting and redoing things.

oooo - I love foam rollers and need a new one badly! Just roll your body over them - when you hit a spot that is tight, you will know it immediately! I use it mostly to roll my IT band out. You could do a google search for "foam roller exercises" and you'll probably hit on a few sites that will show demo's. That'll be more effective then me trying to explain it in my jumbled mess of words.
