Bake sweet potato in 425 oven for an hour. Peel off the skin and put insides into a bowl. Add very ripe banana, vanilla yogurt and a teaspoon of garam masala. Mash with a fork. Using either frech sheets of pasta or wonton wrappers, fill either with a tablespoon of filling and boil in salted water until they float to the top.<br><br>
Top with your favorite sauce (gorgonzola or a sage/butter sauce is very nice)<br><br>
It's incredibly yummy and the filling is rich but very nutritious. Enjoy!!<br><br>
The filling alone is an excellent post-run fuel up.
