Tortilla pizza!<br><br>
Whole wheat tortilla, toasted in the toaster oven, covered with sauce, veggies, a little mozarella, little cheddar, and some goat cheese. Mmmm Mmmmm Good!<br><br>
And like 7-8 WW points!

Well huh, I had never thought to do that with a tortilla....I've used ww pita bread, but that's still a lot of bread. Does the tortilla crisp up? Doesn't get soggy?

I put it in the toaster oven or regular oven at like 425 for a few minutes until it feels crisp to the touch. But be careful and don't wander off to check the forums or you will get a burnt tortilla. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>
Then it only takes a few minutes to melt the cheese, so it stays crisp.<br><br>
Rotisserie chicken is a good idea, becca! I also do turkey pepperoni if I have some, or even deli ham.
