We have all heard that owners start to look like their pets. Well when I look at this, it motivates me to get out there and run. Well, I'll try to insert an image. I had a rotten run this morning BTW. I'm doing the 1-hour plan by Switzer and did my 30 minutes this morning but it felt like I was slogging through mud, even though the weather wasn't bad.
