I'm not sure if this is because I'm not in peak-peak condition anymore or what, but I have many pains. What can you make of the following?<br><br>
Heel pain, left foot: doesn't sound like pf; it's constant and not any worse in the morning than at any other time. I wear high heels a lot; could be related.<br><br>
Shin pain, right leg: I think this is a garden variety shin splint. It hasn't gotten any better in months, but it hasn't gotten any worse either.<br><br>
Arthritis, both hips: Meh. I know what this is. All I can do is lift heavy weights that press through the spine.<br><br>
Strawberry chafe mark, upper left arm: I get this stupid thing every time I switch to spring/summer running gear. Body Glide helps, but not much.<br><br>
Butt pain: Probably related to doing 12 miles yesterday when I'm not in the kind of shape I should be. Had minor shooting pains down the back of both legs during today's run.<br><br>
