Hey guys, I just wanted to welcome my youngest sister, Julie, to the forums. She just recently started running and ran her first 5K at Houston a couple weeks ago.<br><br>

She's not into multisport yet, but maybe down the road she'll pick it up. Anyway, she'll be posting around here from time to time asking running questions, so if you see her, say "Hi"

Hello everyone!! Thanks, Kyle, for the intro! I have the best big brother. He's the one that got me running, way back when I was 8 yrs old. He used to run his races then run the milers with me. I just started back running and am so excited about it. Every accomplishment only makes you want to accomplish more. It is physically and mentally stimulating. Anyway, I'm just running right now but have thought about taking up cycling down the road. So maybe one day I'll be a multi-athlete also. I look forward to learning more about running and to hearing everyone's stories. Beware though. This thing is addictive. I started running back in April 2005, if you could call it that. Couldn't run a mile. 18 months later I did a Half Ironman.<br><br>
Don't go see Kyle in Florida. It will make you want to do one. LOL!!!
