I have asked probably 30 different pharmacists about vitamins in the past month. They all say that if you eat a balanced diet, they arent all the necessary. But, it also depends on what vitamins you take.<br><br>
From what I have been told, the "One a days" are useless for the most part. They all recommend the Centrum ones and say they are the best ones out there. They will give you all the minerals and other good stuff that the one a days dont.<br><br>
I take a Centrum daily.<br><br>
I take a multivitamin, and record my food in dietpower.com<br><br>
Judging by the ridiculous quantities of some nutrients I end up consuming... I think a multivitamin is definately TOO much.<br><br>
But it's so much easier (and cheaper!) than buying the individual supplementation for what I am deficit on!
