I went to the gym and did my weights again. It was MUCH better this time.<br><br>
I did my squats as Mel suggested, and they were great. I cut the weight back just a bit and did more reps on my other exercises. I was able to do the weight, but I think it was a little much the first time. I'm going to try to do some of the exercises at home so I can get in 2x a week weights for a while. I'm also concentrating on core more this time around.<br><br>
Then, I did the brick workout someone suggested where you bike for 1.5 miles, then run for 0.5 mile and repeat. I repeated 3x because that's all I had time for, but it was fun and the 30 mins. went by so much faster than just spinning or running on the TM!<br><br>
It is supposed to rain tomorrow on my bike day (I'm getting a trainer soon, though), so I think I'll go to my swimming class again tomorrow. I might get a bike ride in this evening.
