<p>It took essentially one long shift to finish packing our house.  They started at 1100 Mon and left at 1500.  On Tues they arrived at 1000 and left at 1600, completely finished with the packing.  Weds, no truck.  Thurs am, they call to say they "lost" our truck.  (I'm guessing a higher paying job came up)  Company scrambled, got a crew out of their warehouse, and showed up at 1600 on Thurs.  They were finished by 1900.  I have never had my house loaded on a truck so quickly.</p>

<p>Lots of waiting time, we never griped or complained to the company, and they came through with flying colors.  We even bought all three crews meals.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I.am.exhausted.</p>

<p>Anything too precious travels with us:  Spouse, pets, and "essential" electronics.</p>

<p>We don't have anything precious/breakable otherwise.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>We got to the house we are renting after 800 miles of driving and the last tenants had left it filthy!!  We had to scramble to hired people to clean the carpets.</p>

<p>It's been almost a week and our truck hasn't showed.  Camping on the floor!!!<br>
