125 miles running, lots of Soccer, and some walking miles. Was shooting for 130 but came up a little short. I wish there were some races by me but it looks like I will have to wait until May for an 8k race near me. My goal is to run the 8k under 40 minutes.<br><br>
358 miles for the year.<br><br>

Low month for me due to injuries. Wound up with 142 miles, including 10 days in a row of 0 miles.<br><br>
On the plus side, I set a new 50 mile PR by 2 hours 25 min.<br><br>
Here's to hoping April will be better...<br><br>

once a week 60-90 min. of racquetball<br><br>
Biggest running month since turning 50, eight years ago. Maybe with my slow training miles I can continue to train injury free.

370 this month after taking February off<br><br>
Its been a rough 7 months - but I am ready for action. I started running (run/walk) in July 2003 as a 300+ double flounder with cheese. This coming Thursday I will hit the 20,000 mile stone. I thank God for holding this Clydesdale together so far and pray that He may grant me another 20,000.<br><br>
Its funny on average I think our "Shoebuster" groups kicks the asses of all those skinny KRs in working out <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">
