135 once I get in 4 easy tonight. Came up a bit short, partly due to weather, partly due to the fact that I need some sleep, partly due to the fact that I added a bit more intensity than I should have.<br><br>
This weather blows.<br><br>
All in all a decent month.

164 miles for Feb. right in the middle of my goal range of 160-170 .... I was able to maintain +40 mpw with one step back week.... hoping for the same in March with some weight loss.

I'm afraid to total the month as I probably fell short of my standard goal of 100 miles per month in the winter. I had 4 days that I missed running because of weather, plus I had maybe only 2 decently long runs. I'm now starting a 15k training plan, which should carry me through May. A possible variable is that I just had tests that confirm I have tarsal tunnel syndrome in my right foot. That explains a lot. I only hope that I avoid surgery -- at least for the running season.
