Jenna,
Oy!
20" box jumps? That's practically my inseam...jeebus...I would have crashed and broken something trying those.
And squats at 85lbs? No clue if I could to those cuz we don't own a rack for me to load. All my barbell work is whatever I can get off the floor and clean/press on and off my shoulders (not much at all, sadly)
Way to kick it!

Kettle bells are sweet torture. I wish I owned heavier ones; wonder if santa can haul in another 20. And perhaps a 25 or 30 pounder.
I have two 15s and one 20. Often I'll use both 15s for doubles because I want more weight.

Yesterday I did snatches, double power cleans with squats, reverse lunges, TGUs (nasty things, as you said), a pyramid series of swings with sumo squats, single legged deadlifts,

I can hardly move today because my legs are sooooo sore!

My normal box jumps are 24", but because they ones saturday incorporated burpees, I did them a bit lower.

My backsquate PR is 133#, which is not much... but I haven't tried for a 1 round max since last March... I think we'll do that again at the start of the year.

Snatches are SO HARD! If I go over 55# I end up on my tookus!

Our normal kettelbell weight for women is 35#... I want to get some for home at that weight, but they are so expensive! I have 2 of the 15# ones, but I don't even use them anymore.

What do you power clean? That is my favorite lift... well, the clean and jerk is really my favorite lift. I was screwing around on Thanksgiving morning and C&J'd 95#. I know I can do more, but we were doing hitgh reps of light deads and I just thought... hey.... let's play clean and jerk....

Yeah!!!! Someone to talk Oly lifts with! You just made my day!

Oh, how did you manage the single-legged deadlifts? That incorporates a single legged squat, right? We call them pistols and I've been working on them for months and still can't get below 90 degrees when I descend.... Also NASTY things.

What program are you using? Is it something at the gym or something at home? OR something you designed?
