Hello? It's afternoon, slackers. I did 4.3 miles at lunch. Sunny, 75 degrees. A better run than yesterday.

10 miles for me this morning in rather warm conditions (75°F). I am hoping to get my mileage back up as I head into a base building phase. Hopefully, I'll get some motivation back in the process. Enjoy your runs.

Track tonight. The humidity has finally let up and temperatures were in the 70s so it felt cool. The weather helped me keep a faster pace for the 800s.<br><br>
Interval workout:<br>
400m - 1:39<br>
800m -- 3:33<br>
800m -- 3:32<br>
800m -- 3:31<br>
400m -- 1:39<br><br>
Plus warm-up and cool-down for 4.5 miles total.<br><br>
This morning I taught a pilates class, too.

5 very slow in the am and 4.5 much faster in the pm. I had some stomach issues so the am run was aborted early and finished this evening. It was a nice night out.

I did go to yoga class tonight though. I'm not a very good "rester".
