Monday, October 31 - Halloween workouts

<p>DOR for me as usual on a Monday.</p>

<p>Weekend recap:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Saturday: 2.5 hours (50 miles) on trainer; ran 2 miles; 2.5 ish hours (50 miles) on trainer; elliptical 20 minutes</p>
<p>Just wanted to note that scrabble on the kindle is a good time when you are just sitting there riding.  I was in the lead for most of the game then lost in the last few moves.  Not much to do when you have 4 i's in your deck and a baord with no place to put anything.</p>

<p>Sunday: 3000 Y swim</p>
<p>Made a Buerre Rouge sauce last night for the first time.  Was yummy but ended up breaking fairly soon after took off heat.  Bummer.</p>

<p>Happy treating to all those who have children that are treating.  I'm be leaving early to go hand out some candy. It is hubster's favorite holiday.</p>

<p>Happy Halloween!  Hope you guys had a good time especially with the little ones!</p>
<p>To those who got affected by the unseasonable heavy snow storm, hopefully your power is back (or never lost) and life is getting back to normal quickly. </p>

<p>7.5miles including 3min (3min recovery jog) x 3 fartrek during the last two miles.  My HR is still about 5bpm faster than it should be at any given speed.  Getting there, getting there....</p>
