It's Monday, so "rest" day. 2nd load of laundry in the washer, kitchen cleaned. Still need to work on finding the floor in the dining room so we can have the carpet cleaned. Yep. Your typical Monday.

Starting to obsess about the marathon. Part of my drive home from church last night was on the course. m24 is one heck of a climb out of the river valley. Crap!!! But, my church is at m25... Working on calculating splits/what time I'll be at each mile mark because I will have friends out there this year. This is gonna be a looooong week!!!

So, another rest day but I'm itching to get out and run. I'm already thinking how I can run more miles for the Boston marathon cycle. It's going to be tough to get into the 50s and 60s over winter. Anyway, that's a ways off. Now I have to concentrate on this recovery week and then getting ready for NYC...

Good morning 4BM and RA.

I have a 5k this week and it will be just for fun. Not worried about how fast I can run it, but just going out and enjoying running. 5.25 miles this morning and it felt good.
