Susan, like millbot says, try some self-massage of the area. If you have a felt pad or some means by which to elevate your heel to take some pressure off that area, I'd try that too. Just cut a piece the size of the heel of your shoe and put it beneath the insert. Also, if you can, do some calf raises. Try both legs at the same time if it hurts doing one leg. Of course, if it hurts at all, don't do it!<br>
